We received reports of “Transaction Failed” responses affecting several payment-related operations on CloudPOS and IPOSGo!, such as, Sending payment links, Performing voids and refunds, Tip adjustments and Settlements.

During this time, users may have been unable to successfully complete the affected actions, resulting in failed transactions.

The issue has been identified and resolved. All services are now functioning normally.
